I am unable to get into my account as I have forgotten password and the 2 step verification does not work as I have a new phone number

You can try this Help topic, with a link to calling or contacting a specialist, but if you do not have access to the phone used for 2-factor authentication, they may not be able to help you:

One of the limitations of 2-factor authentication is that, when changing phone numbers, you need to temporarily turn off 2FA before changing your phone number, and then turn it back on after you have your new phone number.
