Hello, I'm 52 not tech savvy at all and I'm about to ask a question that is going to make some of you roll in laughter and others uuughh and roll your eyes at my lack of knowing 😄
I had Chrome cast on my old model phillips TV I have just moved I can't get a wifi line connection to be able to access broadband internet access via a router and only have a 100gb mobile data plan. I'm now very rural new Zealand and cannot afford the 3000 dollars for a new wifi line connection.
Is there any way that I can use my mobile data to setup my Chrome cast on my TV.
I've tried everything my tech ignorant Braun can think of. The lingo goes through my mind triple flips and lands face down. Gold medal fails are stupendous in numbers.
Can anyone help this kiwi country naa-naa out?

You said you have mobile broadband, how are you trying to share it? Do you have a mobile data router.. (a wifi box that has the Sim) or are you trying to share from your phone or another device?

What series of Chromecast do you have? One with a remote?
