This set blew my expectations out of the water. The Fox's shaping and texturing look great from every angle, even better than the photos. The design gives you a LOT of options for different poses - sitting, standing, walking, stretching, etc. They're not finicky to achieve, and it feels nice and stable even in the more dubious looking poses. It's sturdy too, not a single piece feels like it's ready to come loose or fall off when handling. The build experience was smooth and satisfying, not overly complex but not boring either. The set is just a huge win for me, and I think if you like what you see then you'll love it when it's in your hands. (LEGO's not paying me to say this I swear!)

I was so excited to see this set when it was first in pre-order. I am a wildlife rehabber and this felt like it was made for me.
I have recently come to love building lego sets, and I am not a fan of Marvel or Star Wars or any of the sets that are like that, but am often looking for adult sets with many pieces, so this was my first simpler set and I did still enjoy building it very much.
The tail seems to fall off the fox fairly often, however it is also very heavy to keep him stable. I love that he moves like a real fox and cannot wait to dismantle him and build the squirrel or owl next. Thank you

This set is incredible!! Easily in my top 5 of all time. I’ve only made the main fox build so far, but I’m going to buy 2 more of these to make the others. The fox looks great and you can move all his limbs, tail, and head. So fun to position and display. Great job LEGO!! Highly recommend.

I had a look through the piece list and it says there are 12 6257603 pieces, but I went through the instructions and only counted 11, AND I'm missing one anyway, so I've actually only got 10.

I also got an entirely extra piece that doesn't appear anywhere in the piece list, a single 6507844.

The model is otherwise fantastic, I'm just really annoyed by the missing pieces and really confused by the wrong instructions and the extra piece.
