I love this game first. It's my favorite WWE game of all time. And after 8 years I got to play it again and on the next generation console. It works perfectly fine with no issues. I just wish that I could get the DLC on this game still.

For any real WWE fan this game is a fresh new take on WWE games and a good step with nxt gen consols... But it does cut some corners and leave out some favorite match types like inferno. The 2K showcase is an amazing mix of video footage and gameplay reliving past WWE feuds and story's. The biggest thing that this game introduces us a new career mode that is time consuming and sometimes feels so along with being repetitive but I have so far found enjoyable. Work your way from the WWE performance centre tryouts to NXT and finally televised shows while competiting to become hen best in the business. While not perfect this game is fm to play and shows us the future is bright for the franchise even if it didn't 100% satisfy people this time.

There is a reason 2K's marketing team showed so little of this game prior to launch. They knew they were going to release one of the most underwhelming games of 2014. It's a shell of the WWE game we've come to know over the years. Very few match types, inconsistent character models, countless bugs and a hollow creation suite have made this next-gen debut a joke. I know it's hard not to succumb to the hype train and pick this up, but learn from my mistake. Hold off until 2K is prepared to give you value for your hard-earned money. Maybe 2k16 will be a return to form for the franchise. I just know I won't be pre-ordering it!
