Absolutely horrific. I paid for overnight so I could have a Stanley for a White Elephant Christmas Party. Now it’s the morning of and No Stanley. Why you ask?!?! Well Urban Outfitters wants to shove the blame on UPS instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence. They don’t realize everything is tractable and can be shown to the point of lift off. Shame on UO for lying about it instead of doing the right thing. So now I want all my back.

Obsessed with this tumbler! Thought I wasn’t a big straw guy but turns out it’s pretty great. The tumbler is sturdy, pretty and 30oz is perfect. Fits in cup holders, as advertised and is a decent weight - I think the 40oz are a little too heavy so I chose this one for that reason. Only wish target carried more colors of the 30oz

Love it! It’s such a pretty colour (I got the Rose Quartz) and a perfect size to keep you hydrated for the day. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The cup is a bit heavy when full but it’s great if you’re not always on the go. The top where you insert the straw also isn’t completely leak proof!

I ordered the tumbler in green (not a back ordered color) and received a silver tumbler. No problem I thought, I’ll just exchange it and surely they will rectify the mistake and send me the green one I originally ordered but no. I received a rose gold one. I’ll be ordering this from another company.
