Two teams remain in an exciting race for the Women's Super League title but only one can be crowned champions.

This weekend's games will determine if it's Chelsea or Manchester City taking home the prize.

City travel to Aston Villa on Saturday, while Chelsea play Manchester United at Old Trafford with both games kicking off at 3pm.

There is still work to be done but Chelsea have the upper hand going into the final day.

Chelsea's win against Tottenham put them at the top of the table.

Chelsea moved to the top of the table after beating Tottenham on Wednesday.

Like Manchester City they have 52 points but a two point goal difference in their favour means that they are currently above their rivals.

They will face Manchester United at Old Trafford, a big stage for a big occasion.

Although it may seem that victory is likely to be in Chelsea's hands, there is still work to be done if they want to win the title for their manager before she leaves at the end of the season.

The first and last time Manchester City won the Women's Super League was back in 2016.

They currently also have 52 points but were pushed down to 2nd place due to goal difference after Chelsea defeated Tottenham on Wednesday, and closed the gap.

This weekend the Blues will be playing Aston Villa at Villa's stadium.

They will be playing to win after being runners up on five occasions since their win in 2016.
