1. Practise kicking off one leg.
2. Put a pillow against a wall. Then put your hands against the pillow. Kick off one leg and then the other. Hold it as long as you can.
3. Try the same thing but with a lounge at the start.
4. Practise doing a regular bridge from the ground.
5. Get someone to hold your legs up in a handstand and help you slowly go in to a bridge from there.
6. Keep practising and then try it on your own.
7. Now you can practise your handstands without fear of falling! Keep practising and you'll be able to balance it longer each time!💜🤸♀️📱Anastasiia📱🤸♀️💜
