Congrats to this year 6 class for their award-winning silliness

Pupils from a school in London have been officially named as Britain's funniest class 2024.

They took part in a competition by the Beano comic, to come up with the funniest joke.

The top ten jokes were chosen by the magazine, and were then put to a public vote.

"What's the hottest area in the classroom? ... The corner, because it's 90 degrees."

That was the year 6 class' winning effort - and we think it's pretty good! The joke is going to appear in a special edition of the Bash Street Kids strip of the comic.

Beano is a children's comic that's been around for 85 years.
