Man Utd hold off Chelsea to reach Women's FA Cup final

In a rematch of last year's final that they lost 1-0, Manchester United beat Chelsea 2-1.

The result is a first victory for United over Chelsea since the women's team began in 2018.

United went in front in the first minute through a Lucia Garcia, and Rachel Williams added a second in the first half.

Former United player Lauren James pulled a goal back and United keeper Mary Earps pulled off an incredible save to keep her team in front.

The win means United will play in the Women's FA Cup final for a second year in a row.

The result also ended Chelsea's hopes of winning a treble in coach Emma Hayes' last season as manager before she becomes head coach of the United States women's team in the summer.
