- withdraw cash free of charge from cash machines* marked as “Free Cash Withdrawal” in the UK with a daily withdrawal limit of GBP200 (possible increase to GBP500 upon request and subject to our discretion).
- withdraw cash aboard with a daily withdrawal limit of GBP200 (possible increase to GBP500 upon request and subject to our discretion) or equivalent in local currency. Foreign exchange fee and handling charges are applicable.
- obtain cash via the 'Cash Back' service at many shops across UK. Cash Back service is only available in UK.

Eligible Applicants
Bank of China (UK) Limited personal current account holders residing in the UK.
Applicants must be 18 or above to apply for a debit card.
Application Procedures
If you do not have an account with us, please download, complete and sign the 'application form for personal account', using the link below. You can also request a paper form from any Bank of China (UK) Limited branch. When completing the application form, please tick the debit card application option.
If you are already a Bank of China (UK) Limited current account holder, please visit our branch to obtain, complete and sign an applicable application form. You can locate the application form at our official website www.bankofchina.com/uk, under Personal Banking, Deposits, Personal Current Accounts.

Important Notice
If your card is lost or stolen, or you suspect your PIN is known to any other persons, or you notice a card transactions on your statement which you have not authorised, please telephone our Card Centre as soon as possible on 020 72828763 (if calling from the UK) or on (+44) 20 72828763 (if dialling from overseas.
*some cash machines charge for cash withdrawals in which case a warning message will normally be displayed. Please check this before making cash withdrawals.
