You can send gifts to a friend or family member residing in Mexico, 15 countries or regions in Europe, and four countries or regions in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand). Shop online at the appropriate international Apple.com site to place an order with a U.S. credit card.

You can place an international order using an American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit card associated with a billing address within the 50 United States or one of the following U.S. territories:

When you shop for friends and family living abroad, you will be billed in the currency of the country or region where you want your products to be delivered. For example, if you shop on Apple.com in Mexico, you will be billed in pesos. Apple does not charge a fee for international orders, however, your bank will determine exchange rates when the order is shipped and your credit card is charged. Any additional charges for an international transaction are determined by banking partners and the issuer of your credit card. Please contact your credit card issuer for details.

How to Purchase Apple Gift Cards

Apple Gift Cards can be purchased on apple.com, in the Apple Store app or at the Apple Store. Electronic gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $10-$500. Physical gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $25-$2000. In the Apple Store, physical gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $10-$2000. You can also find Apple Gift Cards at many retailers nationwide.

If you purchase an electronic Apple Gift Card to send to someone else, we'll send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient. If you buy a physical Apple Gift Card online and choose to have it shipped, you’ll receive the usual tracking and delivery notifications. Each Apple Gift Card can include an optional gift message. Lost or Stolen Cards

To report a lost or stolen Apple Gift Card (or any previous-generation Apple gift card), please contact Apple at any Apple Store location or by telephone at 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE. Replacement cards will be issued after Apple verifies that the lost or stolen card has not been redeemed and you present your original purchase receipt. Apple is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
