PwC elevates tax and legal into its service line

PwC Australia’s tax and legal business will be elevated into one of its three core services as part of a program to reform the way the firm is run.
The new model, which will come into effect on July 1, will also bring together the firm’s deals and private advisory professionals and its consultants into a renamed “advisory” service. Assurance – which includes areas such as corporate auditing, risk and sustainability reporting – will retain its current structure.
