Top critical review
3.0 out of 5 starsAbysmal welds but does what it needs to.

The welds on this thing are simply horrendous. I have zero experience with welding and still am reasonably confident I could have done a better job with the cheapest equipment possible. The alignment is iffy, and there's a bit of rocking that occurs without load. Once I'm on, it levels out. Everything has held up so far in spite of this.
Assembly was a easy but became a pain, and I had to switch to my socket wrench because the wrenches it came with began stretching about 1/3 of the way through. You might want another person around to put on the table unless you've got decent arm strength.
The handles are an excellent feature. My brother has a model with vastly superior construction, but I got stuck upside down when testing it out and was utterly helpless to get myself upright.
There are 3 angles that can be set: 40, 60, and 80. So you're never truly upside down, but you get close. The cushion helps for your back to get an extra few degrees, but unless you're tall (I'm 5'9 and too short) you won't get freedom of motion in your neck sufficient to simply loosen up and will need to turn from side to side to get relief there.
Long story short, you get what you pay for. It does what it's supposed to do and seems durable enough. I copped it for $89.56 on sale and do not regret my purchase. Definitely wouldn't have paid over 100 for it though, and I would under no circumstances allow my mother to use this thing. The welds are way too sus.
If you want anything even a little better than barely acceptable quality, look elsewhere. If you just want something to hold you mostly upside down for a bit, this is a good of option as any.
