As for the quality of this item, no worries there. Very well designed and constructed. Perfect size and it’s nice to have the choice of USB styles. The main reason I’m reviewing this is to thank Ainope for the amazing customer service. They stand behind their products! After several uses, my C port stopped working. Contact support, I tried a few ‘tests’ on the faulty product and with no success, I was sent a new replacement. This kind of service is rare these days. I will be a return buyer for sure!
