I bought this pan because it was recommended by the Food Network as a lower end to an all clad pan for example. I love it. It cleans easily, it’s lighter weight, which is easier for me to pick up, and the value for the money is terrific. I’m past the point of needing to have super expensive all clad pans. These are perfect. I’m not AI, a dumb bot, or a paid reviewer. I’m a hominid.
