While it was working, it worked wonderfully. One day (about 7 months after purchase), it stopped charging my Ipad and Apple watch (two different cables), though the blue charging light was on. My Ipad showed a charger was connected, with no progress, and the watch showed a oscillating charge/not charge state. I tried unplugging and replugging three times (as I saw in the comments), then I emailed the service address, and I tried messaging on their Facebook page, but nobody is answering. The warranty says it's only good for six months, maybe that's why they don't answer. I would have given this product 5 stars, up to the premature failure.
Edit: I did get an answer from their Facebook page, and asked to provide more details about my order, they sent me another charger that's working perfectly, so I'm updating to three stars.
Edit 2: The new charger worked wonderfully for a while, then after a year, it wouldn't charge the IPad, and it would take all night to charge my Apple watch. I tried several different cables (USB A and C) on the IPad. Then it started to slowly charge the IPad. So I've downgraded to one star again.
