These hiking poles work great. I put them to the test on a strenuous 9 mile, uphill hike over very rocky terrain. Very lightweight, and easy to use. The telescoping feature makes transporting them very convenient, and they stayed at the setting I selected the whole time I was using them. The grip is comfortable for my hands, and the wrist strap was very convenient. They really made a difference in my hike experience. Highly recommend!
