Right out of the box I was turned off by this band. It was stiff and resisted my attempts to insert my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro because I was afraid to force it. I resolved to send it back for a refund but before I did I watched a video about how to get the watch in the case and I decided to try it one more time. This time I used patience and a little force and got the watch in. When I started to wear the watch I quickly changed my mind. The strap is very comfortable and doesn't pinch my wrist anywhere. It sat securely on my wrist not needing further adjustment. It didn't pinch me or make my wrist sweat like the soft silicon bands do. The watch is held very securely, it doesn't move about at all and I have adequate access to the controls. I can wear the watch for long periods of time with literally no discomfort. In short, it's a keeper for sure.
