I love that it's a tri-mode connection (2.4Ghz with a dongle, Type-C cable, or Bluetooth). I didn't think I would need anything more than a standard cable connection, but being able to connect the keyboard with my other devices has been such a useful feature that I never knew I needed.
But most of all, it's a pleasure to type on. It's the most comfortable, crisp keyboard that I've ever used.
Be aware that the green (Emerald) version of this keyboard has _MDA Profile_ keys, which feels very different than the blue (Glacier Blue) version which has _Cherry Profile_ keys. Personally, they feel very different, and I definitely prefer the cherry profile keys. So I wish that the description was a little more clear on this issue.
Another feature I love is the RGB lights. At first, I thought I would just use the white backlighting like on my previous keyboard, but I just love the colorful waves of light. It really helps liven up my desk.
I also love that it doesn't have the number pad. I rarely used mine on my old keyboard, and I think it's great that there are a lot of keyboard options without it these days. The TKL layout with 87 keys is perfect, and I have everything I need without the keyboard taking up a lot of room.
This is a fantastic keyboard! I'm very glad that I spilled a drink on my keyboard so that I could buy this one.
When I saw this one I jumped on it, one to try out the Leobog Graywood V3 switches and to give another TKL a try, this one having the features to make it a new daily driver.
It seems mechanical keyboards are maturing quickly. The padding and sound of this keyboard stock are much better than keyboards I’ve taken apart and modded. The Graywood V3s are a nice linear switch, light, and smooth. Not creamy like a Wisteria, and louder. Overall, it has a very satisfactory feel and sound. The top plate has flex, and the RGB is north-facing and fairly bright.
The dongle is held in place with a magnet on the back, and the switch is there as well. Not the easiest place to switch modes, but not the worst. If it is Bluetooth you can switch by FN+ 1, 2, or 3. So, pretty standard option there.
Layout-wise, it has the super key on the right, instead of a 2nd Windows key, I guess that is the compromise.
It also doesn’t have a volume knob or the programmable LCD screen which is the craze today. Mine will get different keycaps as the ones it came with are kind of bland. I tried the software but it didn’t recognize the keyboard, the function key controls work to change the RGB lighting. It comes with 2 spare switches, a key and switch puller combo, and a gray cable. Overall it is a great keyboard for the price, and I’ve spent more to build keyboards that do not sound this nice.

The F87 Pro features a gasket mounted PCB with individual key flex cuts that help reduce typing fatigue by allowing the board to flex under pressure. The sound of the keyboard is optimized through the use of IXPE pads, Poron foam, and silicone sheet pads in a 5-layer sandwich design. Adding to the quality feel of the keyboard are the dual-tone cherry profile PBT keycaps which provide a satisfying feel at your fingertips.
If you like to modify keyboards, you can take this apart and implement your own modifications. However, if you’d simply like to take this out of the box, plug it in, and begin typing you can do that as well. There’s not much improvement that’s needed to have a good typing experience.
The Leobog Graywood V3 linear switches that came with the keyboard come factory lubed and are constructed with POM stems, polycarbonate tops, and nylon bottoms. The actuation force is specified at 40 g with a total travel of 3.6 mm. The switches don’t have any light diffusers and the LEDs are north facing. Nevertheless, the keyboard lighting is bright and crisp, and the key markings are cleanly presented on the non-shine-through keycaps.
In addition to controlling the backlighting, you can also control the effect/color/brightness of the battery indicator light strip above the arrow keys and the side light bars. Download the driver software and you can add music sync lighting effects.
The tri-mode connectivity all works as it should and there’s a pocket to hold the 2.4 GHz dongle, so you don’t lose it. The massive 8000 mAh rechargeable battery provides plenty of useable life. The keyboard angle can be adjusted to 3 angle positions using the flip out feet on the bottom surface
The overall build quality of the keyboard is very good; everything feels good and solid despite the plastic chassis.
In summary, I have a hard time finding fault with this feature-rich keyboard. Not only does it have most all of the popular features found in mechanical keyboards these days, but it also executes them well; and for a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?
If you are looking for solid-performing TKL layout keyboard, this is surely one that you should consider. Highly recommended!

I picked this keyboard out because (a) it's hotswappable, and I've got some green, extra-clicky switches I'd like to be able to give a proper workout, (b) it's got the format/layout I like (or just got used to) in a keyboard, where the editing keys (insert, home, page up and down, delete, and end) are in a nice 3x2 block above the arrow keys, and (c) I read some interesting but good things about the type of switches that're already in the keyboard, the "Graywood V3" switches...
I've gotta say, I don't mind (and actually quite like) a keyboard that's extra clicky. That gives me some feedback because I have to push the key down a certain amount to get it to register as opposed to a linear switch that's smooth all the way down. (Think an MX Cherry Blue instead of a Red.)
I'm actually REALLY surprised by how much I like the switches it already has in it. A quick Google just to double-check tells me they're linear, but they kinda don't feel like it...? Or at least, I don't mind it if they are... There's a really pleasant kinda clicky/thocky noise when I push down the keys and that's giving me a nice little bit of feedback so I don't feel like my fingers are stuck in the mud or anything like that.
I'm no expert when it comes to mechanical keyboards, nor am I the most skilled typist, but I definitely give my keyboard a good workout here and there, and I doubt I'd have a huge issue switching to this keyboard full time.
The switches feel and sound good, the layout's just what I want, the instructions (a sticking point for me for just about any product) are clear and I've never had a keyboard with a nice quick-start guide like this one does, I *really* like that the caps-lock indicator isn't stuck off to the right after using a keyboard that just lights up the caps key a different colour to indicate that it's on, and the fact that I can *also* use it wirelessly with bluetooth or the included USB dongle...? Jeeze, I'm liking it more and more!
The price seemed a tiny bit steep to me at first, but given all the features it has and the unique key switches I haven't seen or felt anywhere else, it's probably worth what they're asking for it.
If you're already in the market for a keyboard like this, get it.
If you're on the fence about switches like this, go check out a video to find out how they sound and know that they feel great.
If you aren't in the market for a keyboard like this... why are you reading this review?
I like everything about it and dislike nothing. It's chic, more compact, and if it had a numpad as well (I don't like the 96% layout, or at least can't get used to it quickly enough), it'd be my everyday keyboard.
5/5, fully recommend!

I had another gaming keyboard from Logitech and this one feels way better to type and play games
![](https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/S/amazon-avatars-global/default._CR0,0,1024,1024_SX48_.png)
The good:
-Keys sound great! Not annoying, but very clicky
-Quick response - I'm not sure how far you have to press the key to trigger it, but it's not far, maybe 2mm? Enough that you need to press it, but not very far at all.. good for quick reaction times in games and for quick typing as well.
- RGB is easy and has a lot of really cool settings
- Connectivity options are amazing (top tier) - you can connect in multiple ways to multiple different types of devices. Make sure you read the easy to read instructions to understand what to set so you get the best.
The not so good:
-Potentially not good is that it is fairly heavy (weight). That is great for if on a desk, but not as great for longer periods on a lap.
Overall:
- This is probably one of the absolute best keyboards I've reviewed. I think this company is making a great name for itself by producing top tier keyboards and creating competition with the big name brands that have been coasting for a long time. I'm a fan of EPOMAKER now - and I hope to see more well thought out products in the future. Highly recommend checking out all the keyboards from this team.

I'd say the switches are ideal for typing and coding. Perhaps I'd want something with a quicker more immediate feel for gaming, but they're perfectly fine for playing games as well.
The keyboard itself feels solid and well made with quality plastics and durable keycaps. The keycaps feel good, though they don't have shine-through letters, which makes the lighting a more of an aesthetic than functional feature.
The layout strikes a nice balance between reducing footprint on the desk while retaining important keys in an ergonomic configuration. There are no special keys for macros and so on, which I never use anyway. And there's no volume knob, which I think is a bit of a shame.
There's configuration software available for windows, but not any other OS. Since the layout is also windows and there aren't any included CMD keys for MacOS users, I'd probably recommend it only for windows users, since there are keyboards that do support MacOS on the market.
Recommended, particularly for anyone who is typing a lot.
