We had no problem attaching a pair of these to the bed. Follow the instructions for the best adhesion. It has not come off or come loose after some months now. The magnetic strength for my larger iPhone has been perfect - easy to hold it in place, and easy to remove it when I want my phone back in the morning.
My only caveat is to consider very carefully where you want it to be attached because it is not going to be moved somewhere else. In my case, I made a good decision, but it was partly luck. You don't want to secure it to the bed then knock it off at night as you sleep and want to move it further to the edge. Give it some thought please!

Make it a statement and put these everywhere you want or just not use them at all.I got mine and realized they are a one-time-use stick where need it the most. But what if I need it next to my bed, in my office, car, and at work? See why a dozen or none?They are strong magnets. They are adhesive to flat surfaces. They look beautiful. But they are not portable. They are not easily reusable. And if you change your mind on where you want it, get a new one. I think these need to be quite a bit less expensive and I’ll get a dozen or slightly more expensive with many replaceable adhesives so I can move it as I’d like.

I had a magnet attached to the passenger side console area of my vehicle for my wife. She had a metal plate attached to her phone’s case so she could stick it to the magnet. Now that she upgraded her phone”s case to a MagSafe style, it would not stick well to the undersized magnet.
This MagSafe magnet took care of that problem. I simply removed the old magnet and affixed this in its place. It has an adhesive backing that holds pretty well. It was indicated that the curing time is 24 hours. I used it immediately and it held well. The magnetic strength is adequate. The material feels like a thick cloth- like canvas. It looks o good quality and the color is perfect for the interior of my truck. The shape is not the typical round shape but hexagonal. This magnet will be good for long trips. It can be used in many other applications as well.
