As stated in title. 2 - 3 uses, washed in dishwasher on normal. Coating beginning from top rim of pan peeling off. Also ‘stress’ lines resembling knife cuts along side of pan

We have used Cuisinart Non -Stick and Stainless. Cookware for years. This 10” fry pan was put into use Sept. 2023. It is the first piece we have tried with the new Silver Coating. We only use Plastic/Nylon utensils meant for non-stick.
The finish is Flaking off with each wash. The surface also shows Stir marks but they aren’t down to metal as the Flakes are.
The older pans have their Original Quantum (black) non-stick, they have not shown this issue even after years of daily use.
