Cleans well, had small issues.
The base arrived with some debris on it (see photos) but the brush head was in separate packaging, so that made me happy. The instructions are for 3 different models, and of course I can't find the model # for mine anywhere. Had to go based off the number of modes (3). They appear to be out of order from the instructions- the first setting seems to be the normal cleaning mode, then they get weaker each click. My gums haven't gotten used to the new brush yet and are a bit sore, but I've had it less than a week. It does seem to do a good job cleaning my teeth.
