I have never owned HEPA style air purifiers. I have always used electro static air cleaners in the past, which are fine in a lot of ways. But I wanted to get a couple of these air purifiers for both my living space and also for indoor gardening. These wonderful units fit the bill perfectly and are simply stellar for me in every way.
I cannot speak on the sleep mode or the timer mode, as I haven't used either of those features (yet). The reason being that these things are just fantastic right out of the box by just running them on the lowest setting and leaving them on 24/7. I mean, these things move a TREMENDOUS amount of air! There are four speed settings, and I only use the low setting! Maybe I'll bump it up to setting number two in the summer, or if air cleaning requirements become more heavy duty, but I doubt it.
I honestly LOVE these purifiers. They are super quiet for the amount of air they move, and they really clean the air in a room quickly and very efficiently. I can't imagine how dirty the air would have to be to use the high setting. If you need to use the high speed setting on these units, it's time to consider a lifestyle change! Just kidding! But man, do these little units clean the air!
They are super lightweight and easy to deal with in every way. It takes seconds to clean or replace the filters, everything is super user friendly, the white color is nice and blends in well with surroundings, and they are just really, really well made. I expect them to perform at this high level for many years. I am super impressed by the attention to design details and to quality.
A very nice piece of equipment to own, and if, like me, you can run them constantly or at least very often, on the lowest setting, and still get the lovely clean and fresh smelling air I am getting from using them, you should be very happy indeed with your purchase. And, you can buy "equivalent" filters here on amazon, that will definitely work with this unit for a lower cost than the OEM filters. Definitely a good value, especially when done this way!

The Quietest Air Purifier You'll Find
I received this air purifier today. My biggest immediate concern was that it was packed in 2 boxes and the inner box had been partially destroyed in shipping. However, the air purifier appeared to be undamaged. I set it up in approximately 5 minutes, including removing the plastic wrap from both filters. I had to read the instructions a couple of times to understand them and what a PM 2.5 was. It was so quiet I thought the unit was not working correctly. Eventually I was convinced that it was, so I went to cook supper. Much to my shock, the purifier dissipated the odor of cooking within minutes of turning off the oven and the indoor grill. I have severe allergies and during the forest fires several years ago bought an Alen purifier at the cost of close to $600. Replacement filters for that unit cost $89. In contrast, with discounts and a coupon, the Morento Air Purifier cost $76. A pair of replacement filters (you need 2) cost $24. So even though I love my Alen, the Morento is much less expensive to purchase and maintain. It appears to be as effective. The Morento draws air in from both the front and the back. You should place it as close to the center of the room as possible and certainly away from walls. For now, I am keeping the Alen in the bedroom and putting the Morento in the living room/kitchen, which has an open floorplan. The Morento is very light and I can move it easily from the living room to the office as needed. I have not used the timer, since I keep air filters going 24/7 and so cannot rate the effectiveness of the timer. If anything changes over the next couple of days, I will amend this review. But so far, so good.

Works very well and moves lots of air. Night mode is great and very quiet. Can’t turn off the top lights while it’s on, so not completely dark in night mode. The PM2.5 sensor has issues where the ”0” point moves. At times, it would never go below 15 and currently mine doesn’t go below 60. The sensor still detects air quality changes even with this issue, but weird nonetheless.

Die doppelseitige Luftzufuhr ist ein echtes Highlight. Mit zwei Lufteinlässen arbeitet der Reiniger unglaublich effizient und verbessert die Luftqualität in meinem großen Wohnzimmer erheblich schneller als erwartet. Die CADR von 300m³/h für Räume bis zu 100㎡ ist beeindruckend und macht ihn ideal für fast jede Raumgröße.
Die hocheffiziente Filtrierung ist ein weiterer Punkt, der mich überzeugt hat. Der Luftreiniger entfernt zuverlässig 99,97% aller Partikel ab einer Größe von 0,3 Mikrometern. Das bedeutet, dass Staub, Rauch, Pollen und sogar Haustierhaare effektiv gefiltert werden. Für mich als Allergiker ist das ein Segen. Seitdem ich den Reiniger nutze, habe ich weniger Atembeschwerden und fühle mich generell wohler.
Das PM2,5 Display und der Luftqualitätssensor sind sehr benutzerfreundlich. Es ist faszinierend zu sehen, wie der Reiniger die Luftqualität in Echtzeit überwacht und die Informationen direkt auf dem Bildschirm anzeigt. Der Auto-Modus, der sich automatisch an die Luftqualität anpasst, ist besonders praktisch. Wenn die Luftqualität sinkt, erhöht der Reiniger automatisch die Geschwindigkeit, um die Luft schneller zu reinigen.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die leise Arbeitsweise des Luftreinigers. Im Ruhemodus ist das Gerät kaum hörbar, was besonders nachts ein großer Vorteil ist. Es beeinträchtigt meine Schlafqualität überhaupt nicht, was bei anderen Luftreinigern oft ein Problem ist.
Die 4 einstellbaren Lüftergeschwindigkeiten und der praktische Timer-Modus runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Ich kann die Geschwindigkeit je nach Bedarf anpassen und den Timer für die Nacht oder wenn ich nicht zu Hause bin einstellen.
