The product comes well packaged with the adapter, a cloth storage bag and a very well made hex key. No instructions are included but there is a video on the Peak Design YouTube channel that clearly shows you how to swap the parts out. This is a simple process and will only take minutes.
I'm very happy with this adapter which has let me mount a very lightweight Smallrig video head. The SmallRig video head also makes the tripod 8cm taller which is good as I find the PD travel tripod is a little on the short side.
I gave the Peak Design adapter 5 stars as it's fairly priced and is very well made.
