This is an upgrade for me from the Google 6 Pixel Pro and I love it. So far so good. For refurb this phone was in excellent condition. It works properly with no Hang-Ups . The camera and the video are phenomenal. No Hang-Ups. No complaints. I think I received two Android updates so far and still no problems. I recommend this seller

El celular llegó en excelentes condiciones. El envío no tardó más que una semana. No tiene ningún detalle físico. El sistema operativo funciona excelente. Solamente se calentó al iniciarlo, por la transferencia de archivos y actualizaciones, no se ha vuelto a calentar. La batería está en excelente estado, como nuevo. El color es muy bonito, es ligero y el reconocimiento de huella funciona muy bien. El embalaje fue realizado con mucho cuidado, venía con bolsas de aire protectoras para evitar el movimiento, venía en su propia caja con una tarjeta de amazon renewed, cargador, cable USBC-USBC y la llave para abrir el compartimiento de SIM. Muy satisfecha con la compra.

When I first turned on my phone and started the setup process, no matter what I did the keyboard would not appear for me to type in the WiFi password or anything else. Thankfully once I restarted the phone the keyboard appeared and worked.
I had the phone only about two days when it said it needed a update, I selected to have my phone restart after the update at 2 am. In the morning when I woke up and went to check my phone it said it required my PIN after a restart, but it repeatedly said my PIN - that had been working previously - was wrong.
I restarted the phone, and instead of booting back up it took me to the pictured screen, and was perpetually stuck in Fastboot mode, and the menu in fast boot mode would not work.
I had to get my old phone, drive an hour away to the nearest store for my cell phone provider, and have the service switched back to my old phone.
I am returning the defective phone I received.
