Brita Support is wonderful. I'm glad my family uses this company. I was sad and was just going to deal with it but I messaged them on how to fix the handle myself and they got back to me within a day! They're making it right. Definitely but brita!The instructions were lacking. They state to clean the pitcher and cap before anything but I had to look up a video on how to remove the cap as there were no instructions for that. The handle seems to be installed incorrectly. it doesn't snap to the pitcher...unfortunately I didn't notice until I was washing it so ofc it's now "used".

I don’t particularly like the taste of my tap water. I think drinking bottled water (which tastes good to me) made me pickier about water taste lol. I never knew if these filters were a scam or not lol, but with the amount of good reviews I wanted to give it a shot. Well, now that I’ve tried it, I love this thing lol!!

Easy set up, no product damage or anything.
But most importantly, it actually makes the tap water taste better. To test its effectiveness, both my husband and I did a blind taste test with water from this filter vs. our tap water. We both liked the water from the Brita much better. Just tastes really clean and pure. I’ve only been using it for a day, so I cannot speak on the longevity of it. But for now, I’m super pumped! I just keep the whole thing in the fridge after I put water in—fresh tasting cold water!! I think it’s much better for the environment too, rather than buying a ton of bottled water.

I live in a place where there is so much chlorine in the water that I would leave my drinking water out so the chlorine could evaporate. This Brita pitcher/filter is WONDERFUL and is saving me from living off of a certain canned water. The only concern I have is that the handle does not seem especially sturdy in comparison to how heavy the pitcher gets when it is full. And there is a seam on the handle in a very delicate spot. I haven't had it break yet, but I would recommend supporting the pitcher from underneath with one hand while pouring to extend its lifespan.
