I initially wasn't going to purchase "Letter Sounds", because I thought it was just going to teach the alphabets, in which my son already knew them. But my little one insisted because he loves all of the other Meet the Phonics. To my surprise, the video was much more. It is an awesome video, that is very in-depth and fun to watch for my child. Since purchasing Meet the Phonics, my son has been getting A+ on all of his kindergarten spelling tests.

Better of the phonics videos!

It is hard to beat Leap frog movies, so the kids find all of these other videos too educational and not as fun. It is a good video to play if you don't want them to watch TV (I prefer to see them play), so I will choose these movies, and they will just move on!

Great video. goes beyond letters and puts the letters in words at the end of the video. My kids watched this a bunch of times on vacation in the car!

We love leapfrogs letter factory, but this is a bit different and the kids enjoyed it as much.

These are fantastic! I homeschool and before my kids hit kinder, they used these DVD's and it made learning to read a lot easier. The prices are great! Just be sure to read to your children as well as interact with them since it is TV after all.

i love this whole series, my daughter started with Meet the sight words very early. with each video we have she only paid attention to the first 10 minutes....at first...then she would watch the whole video and want to "do it again" - obviously that the annoying part for parents.i think its worth a try - but dont forget to read to your kid every night...it really makes a difference.
