Where is the US heading?

On what course is our country going. We seem to be traveling down a hill full of land mines! We consider this country such a wealth of knowledge and strength. Yet when you really look at us as a country we are very much in a dangerous position.

- WalMart is also starting a check cashing service. Its all about collecting a fee for having the service in store. I tried to get my daughter into one of their eye care places. But they were in between doctors. Sounds like nobody but WalMart benefits. I don't hate Walmart like some people do.

- You don't get breaks unless your poor, in a Union or are wealthy. I say Unions because they are excluded from their members paying for Obama care. They received a waiver. Seems like everyone gets something except for the middle class who just get the shaft.

- My wife and I both said. We should quit our jobs and stop trying to get ahead. Our internet went up just like all our other bills. My wife a teacher See's kids on lunch aid, school supply aid and yet they manage to take vacations, buy nice cars and wear designer cloths.

- Its unfortunate people will vote for who promises them the most even if its not realistic. Just as long as the voters realize it will not go without some pain down the road. These pieces of legislation and referendums don't come up because States have all kinds of money.

- Mr. Cain may well be getting railroaded in his own mind. But he must address what is factual and true. These woman have not come forward after a decade to destroy Mr. Cain. I think he would be better to fess up instead of just outright calling these woman liars.

- This is helping nobody but Wal Mart. People may think their sticking it too the banks. But really they are only hurting themselvs. At $3 a pop to cash a check that can really add up. Even every two weeks that $78 dollars! I do not know of any bank fees that charge you that much for a account.

- China = big plans with money to back them up. US= big plans with no money to back them up. We have no money to fix and repair the roads,bridges,and infrastructure we have now. But let's keep spending money we don't have into more Politically correct projects to buy votes.

- I think when you take in the affects of all these bailouts and even our Government not paying off debt. You cannot wonder if many Americans have chosen to simply not pay their mortgage or other debt. Just as crime breeds crime. The same goes for Financial responsibility for debt.

- We are going to be reliant on oil for a long time to come. Environmentalists are simply unable to accept this. Oh, did they come in a electric vehicle or a alternative energy vehicle? No they came in a diesel powered bus. Some people just like to stand around and complain.
