The ratcheting mechanism is very smooth. The pop-up bit holder is satisfying and super convenient.
Some shortcomings, in my opinion, are:
-The ratcheting direction switch is backwards and should be reversed for a more unintuitive operation.
-The bits are held in the shaft by friction and you have to really press it in there. A magnet would be significantly better.
-The handle is too long. It makes one-handed operation, where you hold it with your hand and twist the shaft with your fingers, difficult as the handle is heavy and in the way. I think half the handle length would provide better balance and also allow you to open the bit holder with a flick of your thumb, which would be super cool (like flipping a coin).

Gut funktionierende Ratsche, viele verschiedene Bit Varianten. Im Mix sind auch sogenannte Robertson (Vierkant) Antriebe, die in Kanada wohl häufig sind, hier aber nicht- man könnte diese ideal durch Pozidrive Kreuzschlitz ersetzen. Exact die sind von megapro aber schlecht zu bekommen. Kleiner Dämpfer aber nichts was einen Stern weniger rechtfertigen würde.

The reviews here are wrong. Don't know where Amazon pulls these from, or from which product - maybe they think that all screwdrivers are the same?
There is no magnetic bit holder. They are held by ball-bearing/spring arrangement. Other than that, the screwdriver is high quality. Recommended.

I have had these screwdrivers for what seem like forever. This is my third one, a direct replacement for one I have had for 15 years. It isn't broke, I just lost a couple of bits and fancied a new one rather than replacing them. The original driver is still in good working order with no wear on the bits, and I use them all the time. If you want a driver in my opinion is the best you can buy, look no further. They are that good!
