Privacy Policy for Games produced by Valorware LTD
Valorware’s games do not ask/retrieve/store any personal data from any customer outside the vendor's normal information (Please see Google Play, iTunes, Steam vendor's privacy policy for purchasing for more information. No personal data or information is stored by Valorware LTD. Each game has no in-app transactions.
The Google Play version of 9th Dawn III does not store or collect any information regarding your gmail account outside of those already accessed by the Google Play Games services.
9th Dawn II multiplayer does not connect in anyway to any servers owned or operated by Valorware LTD. No personal information is exchanged between privately communicating clients, only user generated data such as a fictional account name and optional short password. In-game chat is communicated over networks but not stored. This information is stored on the private server of the customer and is not accessible by Valorware LTD.
