A really worthwhile afternoon spent today at ICMA Women's Network Nordic Region event, hosted by SEB. Honest, engaging, well-considered and truly insightful discussions covered lessons learned on leadership and maintaining influence, the nexus of female representation and sustainable finance and how to create and maintain a supportive culture. A more fullsome summary will follow but meanwhile, thanks so much to Lars Eibeholm, Rebekah Bray, Kristine Rasmussen, Kimberly B., Lisa Malmquist Ekstrand, Cecilie Hoffmeyer, Louise Christine Askholm Mølkjær, Kristian Skovmand, Guorio Weihe, Angela Brusas and the whole team at SEB including Frida Lindström and Emma Crawford! The ICMA Women's Network just goes from strength to strength with meaningful and relevant content and events across 14 global regions, wise words and thought-provoking discussion from influential speakers. Feedback suggests that everyone leaves our events feeling inspired and motivated.
