UBT Recruitment are working with well-established SME based in Harrow. They are seeking an experienced Logistics Support Coordinator to join their team and work closely with the Logistics & Transport Manager to ensure the warehouse and logistics function is streamlined and effective. You will play a pivotal role in being the main point of contact and will be accountable for the effective management of logistic operations.

Responsibilities of a Logistics Support Coordinator:
Ensure containers and road trucks for all customers are organised for delivery on time
Monitor and escalate issues (internal or external) with feedback from suppliers and customers on challenges and opportunities
Collaborate with Planning and Production to deliver world class OTIF.
Scheduling safe inbound and outbound deliveries while liaising with suppliers and customers.
Route monitoring and planning of vehicle movements for streamlined site utilisation
Responsible for the smooth running of a busy operational warehouses in line with Management instruction
Requirements
Previous experience as a logistics coordinator
Proficient in logistics software such as ERP systems and MS Office Suite
Strong organisational and coordination abilities
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to form, maintain and enhance strong relationships with stakeholders
Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple processes
