Our client is expanding their customer service division and is looking for Customer Service Associates who have customer-facing experience.

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary objective is to represent brands in a manner that enhances customer loyalty, fosters positive experiences, and contributes to the overall reputation and success of our clients. You will engage in in-person presentations, conversations, and lead-generation activities to increase brand awareness and market share with customers who reside, work, or shop in the Watford area.

Responsibilities:

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to all attendees at event locations within retail settings. Engage with customers proactively, anticipate their needs, and ensure a positive experience throughout their interaction.

Drive Sales at Events: Actively promote products or services during events, utilizing persuasive sales techniques to drive conversions and achieve sales targets. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers to encourage purchase decisions.

Set Up and Maintain Event Displays: Assist in the setup and maintenance of event displays, ensuring products are showcased attractively.

Handle Customer enquiries and Transactions: Address customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions, providing accurate information and assistance as needed. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Provide Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality, allowing customers to experience products first-hand and make informed purchase decisions.

Assist with Event Logistics: Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of activities to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with event organizers and colleagues to address any issues or challenges that arise during events.

Maintain Event Environment: Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the duration of events. Monitor and manage crowd flow to optimize the customer experience and maximize engagement.

Requirements:
