THE ROLE: ACCOUNTING MANAGER
The purpose of this role is to manage the accounting and statutory compliance for the UK operations for the Martrust Group.
In this role you will be responsible for:
and accurate maintenance of accounts for Martrust UK
for Satutory compliances under Taxes, CompanyLaw, Pensions, etc.
cashflow and capital adequacy
management and control in coordination with group AR team
clean Balance sheet and uptodate scheules
report preparation, review and submission to reporting team.
finalization of accounts and Audit.
Group Consolidation
Your new day-to-day will involve:
update of all book entries, supported with a back office team.
Reconcilaition of all balance sheet accounts and daily bank recons .
and signoff of monthly accounts for group reporting
of statuatory accounts and audit
of the Revene ongoing control in partnership with a business controller.
the AP and AR functions at back office
and filing of Accounts, VAT Returns, Pension returns, etc.
at business unit and cost center /department level
funding and cash flow in coordination with Head office.
the accounting operations in Portugal.
compliance with capital adequacy norms in all Marcura Companies
This is what we need from you:
Accountant or similar post-graduate qualification in accounting
years relevant work experience, preferably some of it in fintech industry
in working with ERP, Oracle preferred.
with Statutory compliances for Income Tax, VAT, Company Law, Labour Law, etc. Independently handling issues regarding the same.
to handle conflict resolution with customer
to have experience working in matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders
