Droupadi Murmu takes oath as the 15th president of India

Droupadi Murmu took oath to become the country’s first tribal and also the youngest president on Monday. The oath was administered by the Chief Justice of India NV Ramana and was followed by a 21-gun salute. The president then addressed the nation.
