Go to the Timekeeping page on the HR website and scroll down to the “Managing Your Work Time” section. Click on “Access Your Timecard” to expand the section, then click on Kronos Login.

Kronos from Home (i.e. desktop, laptop, web browser on mobile, etc): To access Kronos from home, you'll need to copy and paste the following URL into your browser: https://kronos-mobile.upstate.edu/wfc/logon.

The main area of a timecard can be displayed in a table view or a list view. Click Table View or List View to toggle from one view to the other. The List view is the default view of the timecard when you log in using your mobile device. If necessary, click Select Timeframe to select a different time period to display.
