Can you exchange at Chemist Warehouse without a receipt?
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges: • A request for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of the sale. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Can you get a refund on unopened medication?
Refunds on any medicine will only be accepted if the item is sealed in its original packaging. This does not affect your legal rights.
Can I return an opened perfume to Chemist Warehouse?
For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund. Products we cannot accept returns for include medication, baby formula, vitamins, fragrances and consumable products.
Can I cancel my Chemist Warehouse order?
