How do I cancel my order? A cancellation can be requested before or while an order is being processed, up until the order has been marked as collected. To cancel your order, log in to your Chemist Warehouse account page using your email and password and there will be an option to cancel your order after logging in.
Can you get a refund at Chemist Warehouse?
Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Shipping costs for the order and return will not be refunded. Online orders must be returned by mail only. Return delivery address details will be shared as your return is processed.
